Failure Is Not An Option

Failure Is Not An Option

WATCCH Inc was founded on sheer determination to help children victims of mudslides Budduda, Uganda.  Today we sponsor 16 children some at our home and others in their community. However, we struggle to continue our charity. Gaining support of others to support our cause has been one of our most difficult task. This organization was largely funded by the efforts of its founders and close family. It was pure determination that pushed us to get recognition for the federal government and get our 501 c3. In addition, its the stories that drive us to offer a better life for these children. Once we arrived back from our initial trip we heard that the three year old child that we met had died from lack of medication. When we asked how much was the cost of medication we were told $15. We couldn't help but think we spend more than that on eating out. It was at that point that Failure is not an option.  Sometimes as people we fail to put things into perspective. That's when we realized that if we don't help these children its a matter of life or death. Its easy for people to say "Are there not other organizations?" Yes, but many are full to max capacity.  Our goal was to not just help 16 children but to address the need of 75 children. In order to do that we need the support of all those around us. They say it takes a village to raise a child but it also takes one raise funds. The work that is being done by us  is very important...and is not only taking kids of the street but is saving lives. All we need is support of our village...kids sponsorship, donations to building (www.gofundme.com/watcch12), donation for health care and much more....check out ways to get involved help us make a difference. At our website www.watcch.org.

FAILURE IN SECURING FUNDS IS NOT AN OPTION. We have little children counting on us to succeed and that's a huge burden. As an Organization we plan on fulfilling this commitment. With the help of our supporters.
